Omega 2019/2020 Academic Session

2020/2021 admission into the full-time undergraduate program of the Department is in progress. For details, kindly visit
Lectures for both Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses commenced online in April and May 2020 respectivey via the University's Moodle platform and are still on-going.

4. Ogun State 2019 MCPD

The Department hosted on behalf of the University the Annual Mandatory Professional Development (MCPD) seminar of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), Ogun State Chapter. The choice of the venue made Covenant University the very first University in Ogun State to host the annual MCPD since the inception of the Branch; also the the first University in Nigeria to host the MCPD of the Institution. Details of the programme is detailed below:

5. Freshmen Orientation

The Department of Estate Management held an Orientation programme for freshmen of the 2019/2020 Academic Session on the 16th September 2019.

The staff were introduced to the students and given a brief overview of the scope of the course. They were encouraged to work hard-in-hand towards graduating with first-class grades and assured of the faculty's support in this regard.

The students were visibly excited at their career prospects as unfolded by Professor Mayowa Ajibola.
